Finally the other skills posted.

This skill is used mostly as a charge for Signet of Weariness (so it can beused on par recharge wise with surge and burn), and Sig of Humility (so you can keep their elite off all the time).

Also blessed sig... leech sig... keystone sig...bane sig...sig of judgement... in fact... it can be used to recharge signets in general to high effect -.-

I know it effects all signets.

I meant what its acutally used for in todays builds, and I forgot Bond Monks using Blessed Sig. Thank You.

The rest of them arent used with it. Keystone specifically is used by itself most of the time in ways of signet recharging. and Sig of Judgement is usually used with mantra of signets.
